SHIPPING & RETURNS

Items that are in stock will be dispatched between regular business hours on Monday to Friday. Items that are not in stock will be ordered from the relevant supplier and shipped to your nominated shipping address as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if your order requires a second shipment to complete the fulfilment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders qualify for free shipping within Australia. Typical delivery times are 7-12 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed and when your item/s have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel. Express Shipping is used, where possible, from the date of dispatch.

Items that are deemed fragile by APAC Digital Dentistry will be shipped by a sensitive freight company. Customers will be informed if their item qualifies for sensitive freight, as well as the associated sensitive freight shipping charges.

Please note that APAC Digital Dentistry ships only to addresses located within Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of consumable products* for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period.

**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information that necessary information to complete your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Credit Card Information. In addition, we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used? 

Your information is used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage 

Your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them to track this information.
